The attention to detail of all the staff was exceptional. Great breakfast, comfy beds, lovely showers, all you need. There was a friendly atmosphere too, not too formal, while keeping up the 5 star 'feel'. I loved the design and outline of the hotel, it was very impressive to see the glass structure of the hotel floors and all the plants. The rooftop is beautiful as well. The beds were very comfortable, and the Palmer restaurant served some great food. There are great shopping facilities right around the corner at Gran Via 2.

Great hotel, great price near train station that terminal station has direct corresponding with Barcelona metro station and Bus station including the Airport Bus (take the 46).
Clean spacious room with great view.
To sum up a great hotel in Suburb of barcelona 20 minutes with the train from city center with easy access to train and bus. I totally recommend them.

We live in Barcelona, so for us wasn't important to be in La Rambla. We stayed here before and like it very much. It is very good value for money. Stuff is very friendly, room service we had food was nice. And they have a lovely garden with beautiful swans in it. -

Worth to be a 4 stars hotel, new and clean, the double room is big and comfortable, the decoration is very modern. The TV and some electronic equipment is Bang and Olufsen!!!
