The apartment I booked had a private terrace which was excellent. The air-conditioning worked very well in both the bedroom , living area and bathroom. Beach was 10 minutes walk, Metro 5 minutes walk. Barcelona harbour and centre was a 30 to 40 minute walk along the seafront which is a flat easy walk. Plenty of cafes, supermarkets and fruit/veg shops nearby. Our apartment, although ground floor, had use of the roof terrace.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful and catered to all of our needs.
The apartment itself was nice,clean and compact and of course a bargain for the money we paid,much bigger than a hotel room and cheaper. There are coffee shops,kiosks,an organic supermarket close by, basically everything you'd need for an enjoyable visit. Wi-fi was free and extremely fast.

It's really a home away from home. We immediately settled in and found the location very ideal as everything we need for a week's stay is just round the corner. Easy connection on the Metro is about 8mins walk(safe to travel at night as the neighbourhood is well-lit). Food is abundance esp along Poblenou on La Rambla street which is 5mins walk away.If you prefer to cook,many supermarkets are avail.Merkat(local huge supermarket/Sun close) is only 5mins away and local fresh poultry,seafood,fruits

A spacious, quiet room. Very nice large bathroom looking new and fresh. Swimming pool on a roof. Very close to metro station. Not far from the beach. - That's a super hotel. everything was fine. very confortable the serving people were very helpfully. It's a good location very near to sea side.
