For example - gave us quite room,as we asked in reservation, helpt with ohter little problems we had.Clean and nice room, absolutely perfect location right in front of metrostation and few block from the old center and lovely port area, lots ofgood eating places around, Muntjuice mountain few blocks on anothers... what people say » ide. Very good stay! Thank you!!! - The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We were upgraded on arrival to a junior suite. The location was perfect. 10 mins from La Rambla and Port Vell. Pass is good for the day. - This hotel is in a fantastic location, just a few minutes walk from the harbour and Las Rambles. We upgraded to a superior room and it had a huge bed with enough space and also a balcony / patio, we also got spa access included for upgrading. The staff were very helpful and you can help yourself to coffees and pastries in the afternoon free of charge which is a nice little extra. We will definitely be visiting this hotel again as it was great.

We were addressed on a first-name basis by the staff (great job Javier, Wim, and Ignacio!) We felt extremely welcome and appreciated. The location was unbeatable - 2 minutes to Las Ramblas and Placa Catalunya. Rooms were comfortable, efficient, and sleekly designed - and the extra "salon" was a bonus. We also enjoyed the 24-hour complimentary cafe and the personalized breakfast.

  Eurostars Grand staff are very friendly and professional. The rooms were fantastic. The best thing was the walk in shower.
