  I am rating this place before getting there, so it may be a little bit biased. We are set to arrive in Barcelona on sept 19, 2012. 6 of my friends booked the apartment and we wanted to add me and my husband to the group. I emailed to info@apartmentsinbarcelona.net. Reply came prompt, very curteous, very polite and, my feeling was, with a true desir... what people say » e to make our stay as hassle free as possible. Congratlations to the company for having such wonderful employees. - The staff were fantastic, and the rooms were kept very clean and tidy all the time. There were no problems at all, and I would definitely recommend bed and brekfast avino to all of my friends. Thank you for an amazing stay!

  The apartment was half the price of two hotel rooms in the Gothic Quarter for our party of 5. The location was great, but it was a 5-8 minute walk from where we had to pick up our key, so it was a haul because we had a TON of luggage and 2 people in their 70s. The apartment was small but clean, with two twins in one room and a queen bed in the other. There was also a pullout sofa downstai - Simple sleek minimal style accomodation. We had attic apartment and were pleasantly surprised to find a great outdoor terrace with loungers and table and stools. Great views amongst the rooftops of the barri gothic. Felt safe and secure. Helpful staff around most of the day. Pretty high up with massive drop off terrace so perhaps not great if your kids are naughty and don't listen to your absolute rules re looking over the edge!
