The hotel was very clean. Rooms were bigger than I had expected and they did have air conditioning. Bathroom had large bath with shower. Towels and bedsheets were changed daily. This is a quiet business hotel (althouogh we were tourists) located in the Gracia neighborhood. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was an ok size with comfortable beds and wifi. Hotel has a inside/outside lounge that was nice for relaxing after a day of sightseeing and before heading out to dinner. Optional breakfast is acceptable.

The location is great. It's close to the city centre and bus stops are within 5 minutes of walk.Metro station (Diagonal) is within 15 minutes of walk. There's also a supermarket next to the hotel so you can buy almost everything you need. Local fruits are cheap.
Overall it's a great value for the money we payed.

As has been mentioned elsewhere this is much better than a two star hotel. Though a bit away from the centre, it is easy to get to by public transport - just 5-10 mins on bus nos 16 or 17.
