  It was a beautiful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The food was very good and we had excellent veiws of the city from our room as well as from most places in the hotel. Friendly helpful staff, lovely room, well cared for ancient building and gardens, great restaurant, buffet breakfast one of the best I've had. We went in the off season - Dec 2013 so had substantial discounts. We'll go back again at this time of year. The staff also made sure we got to the Alhambra on time - the palace has strict entry times. We would have missed it without the front-desk staff organising the visit for us.
