We enjoyed everything, service, rooms, staff all was excellent - couldn´t find a fault even if i tried....if only I could stay longer to enjoy the day. I would recommend anyone who stays here to check in as early as possible and leave as late as you can to reap the full benefits of this excellent boutique hotel! :-) A true 5* service! I would defintely book another stay again and again etc..!.
all reviews » The room: Wonderful-very contempoary-loved the floor to ceiling glass interior walls and the white decor with marble- the bath and shower were large and unusual in designed- the bed was very large and comfortable-bedside tables in marble looked great when lit. The spa: well organised and relaxing.The staff: very polite and extremely helpful.We stayed for 3 nights in the new ultra-modern wing and were treated like royalty. Incredible design of the rooms, outdoor spaces, fountains, even the spa - all make you feel like you are on a moon vs. Granada. Very different! Bu definitely a winner!. Nice room. Good service. Most of the musea, monuments etc. are at walking distance.Everything was brilliant, a great place and woudl definately recommend it, one of the nicest hotels i have ever stayed in. The modern addition to the hotel complimented the traditional hotel well, linked by a great courtyard with several zen like pools with fountains. The food at night in the restaurant was as good as any Michelin starred restaurant I have eaten in,and very reasonably priced.The rooms were very comfortable,but a little oddly designed. Make sure you book your Al Hambra trip and the Flamenco evening through the hotel, or you may not get a ticket. Rooms (even standard) offer quite a lot of space and are very nicely decorated (new building). Nice and spacy badroom. Hotel parking was fine, however some clear signs in the car park would be helpful to direct you to the reception..otherwise it can become a little labyrinth. However, hotel staff were helpful in showing us the right way and escorting us to reception and to our room.Not really, if I have to make a remark it was just the lack of comfortable sitting in the bar area, but this was no big deal. Too far from Alhambra and the historic center.No complaints. I only found it strange that the safety deposit box was not attached to the floor or the wall. Noise from the street in the new quarters of the hotel it should be better soundproved. Nothing at all. Everything was perfect. restaurant does not have any vegetarian food. Just some minor points. Expensive parking below the hotel, this could perhaps be made complimentary as paying guests of the hotel. Would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facility in the room. The spa area was nice, but poorly fitting sauna door meant it did not get hot enough as steam kept escaping. Spa closed!. Indoor pool is only for sitting, not big or deep enough to swim - this is not made clear in the publicity. Breakfast expensive. Room rather hot. slightly disappointed with the " Leisure Facilities " pool too small too swim and too cold for relaxing,not one thing or the other. Quite noisy in the night even the room was not directly located in front of the street, restaurant offers ok food but compaired with the prices not impressed... The only problem I had was the fact that the sauna was not workingwhilst we stayed there and I dont think the menu at the restaurant wasvaried. There were no fish dishes as the main course and not much forvegetarians which is why we ate out elsewhere.

-Carry straight on until you arrive at Plaza de Gracia, turn right and carry on down C/Solarillo de Gracia, where you will find the hotel.

-From Málaga and Sevilla:
-Take the A-92 road and turn off at the exit marked 'Granada, Santa Fe, Sierra Nevada'.
-Carry on for approximately 15km direction until you reach the ring road (towards Motril).
