Hotel offered valet parking service and help with bags. Rooms a high standard with separate bath and shower. Close to centre of city, restaurants, bars and Alhambra. Gin and tonics in the roof top bar were very welcome after long drive.

The staff was exceedingly helpful and very nice (I can speak spanish, so I can't vouch for their foreign language skills). Felt newly decorated and the word 'clean' simply can't describe the sparkling perfection of the rooms and common areas. The photos simply don't do justice to the hotel/hostal - common areas are beautiful and the building reminded us of a Moroccan riad.

  Possibly the best accommodation we've had in years. An airy, quiet, lovely apartment right in the middle of everything (yet shielded from the noise, as it is in an alley). Spick and span. We stayed in the one close to the end of the short alley - I cannot remember if Medina or Reyes Catolicos. - The apartment is in a perfect central location right next to tapas bars and the main square where we were lucky enough to watch some street flamenco performances. The apartment was well-equipped with a nice kitchenette. The lady who checked us in was very helpful even though we arrived outside the usual check-in hours. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for 5 nights and would not hesitate to come back.

  The hotel is amazing and the staff are excellent. We arrived during Siesta but the staff had still made it easy for us to get into our room and go and use the pool and allowed us to check in later. Although due to arriving time we didn't meet any staff on arrival date, we got keys, maps, useful local information and recommendations without any difficulties.

  We had small children and we really appreciated the hotel service staff going to extra lengths to make sure the baby bed was cleaned and related amenities were looked after. The large playground outside the hotel was a nice feature.   We were given a Junior Suite which was spacious with huge bed, sofa and extra bed. The plasma TV was also huge. The bedroom is separated by a door from the entrance and bathroom (spacious with big shower and bathtub). It is really quiet, soundproofing seems to be working.
