We had small children and we really appreciated the hotel service staff going to extra lengths to make sure the baby bed was cleaned and related amenities were looked after. The large playground outside the hotel was a nice feature. The access to the buses into the old town and near the Alhambra was fantastic. The hotel was in a very quiet part of the town. The staff were excellent and very helpful. The hotel has been open for just 3 months so very modern. The mini bar was free and replenished every day and the wi fi was also free in the room.

Very helpful staff. I got sick and the receptionist helped me to find a doctor. The ambience is also good. The location is quite convenient. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. May be difficult to find by car as it has no street number and the hotel is not really on the street it says. car parking is difficult to find and expensive. The doors of the rooms, all of which face a common and echoing covered court space, should perhaps be made less easy to slam noisily.It is not ideally situated being a 15 min walk from the centre of town. The breakfast cook needs to learn how to make good scrambled eggs.Air conditioning stops whenever you leave your room. This quite an issuein a town where the average temperature is around 40 degrees. Although we were warned by the hotel, the room was very small for a double bed.The bar meals were expensive and not particularly high quality, and the bar was very cold and without character. The location is not good for the city tour. It's a little bit far fromold district.Poor signage for finding it. Would not rate as a 4 star. Quite basicaccommodation. 1. Poor breakfast for the price you pay. 2. the room was clean after we ask at 16.30. 3. poor mantention of the electrical parts at the hotel. 4. we stayed three nights and they did not change the sheets at all. 5. the solid soap for hands was not replace at all. Conclusion: this hotel is expensive for what it gives and we are not sure that it can be classified as a 4 star hotel.
