  The hotel it's self was excellent . The room spacious with plenty of room to move around in a wheelchair .the only bad thing was I could not shower in there . But hey it's a week so can always manage to get washed somehow. I cannot say enough good things about the staff they could not do enough for us. Next time I am in benidorm this is the first ... what people say » hotel I will be looking in to - We have stayed here several times,we live in Spain about an hour away, so it is great for us to drive there, put the car away and enjoy a relaxing break. The food is excellent and the staff are superb. Happy to give us a requested room if possible. Would highly recommend this hotel and will be back again .

  The hotel is quite brilliant for the price range it´s in. There are six swimming pools, many restaurants (all wonderful), great views, bags of space. Even when it´s full, the hotel feels peaceful as there is just so many diferrent places to relax or hideaway. I stay regularly at the Grand Villaaitana (previously the Westin) and love it.
