The location, the food especially the home prepared and cooked lunch time menu.The friendliness of all of the staff particularly Rosaba. The room we had was small but adequate, with flat screen tv, airconditioner, and huge wardrobe. The whole place was immaculately clean. Will definitely be returning sooner rather than later. -

The check in very easy and the staff are very helpfull but remember
your 60 euro deposit ontop of the room cost , very clean and
comfortable ,right in the heart of old town , beach only 2 min walk
loads of bars and restaurants on your doorstep remember when booking a
room ,ask for one at the front if available, the ones on the back look
at a wall

Fantastic location, shoppers heaven, if you're into shoes, bring an
empty case, bargains are amazing. Hotel facilities are excellent, and
just across the road. Rooftop pool is heated and very relaxing. Food In
Restaurant has a great selection and not expensive. Anything you need
can be organised at reception, ie more pillows, towels ect.

Location is excellent and close to lots of good eating places. It is not too far away from the main entertainment hub of Benidorm but far enough away to get an undisturbed sleep. The reception staff were excellent and very helpful. The pool is a good size and a pleasure to sun bathe at and overall I would go back as it is excellent value for money

We only wanted somewhere to sleep,this place was ideal.It is near enough to walk into the town centre. There are many bars and places to eat very close by.The pool was very well kept and sun beds were always available if wanted.
