All in all it is a beautiful hotel but I think some of the interior in the reception area could be more tastefully decorated. The room/bathroom was also a bit bare. Great venue and space.   We had a fantastic stay at the Residence. After a rough 12-day-trip through Botswana, we were delighted with the overwhelming luxurous feeling of this hotel.   The view from the restaurants was spectactular, the menu good not excellent, the morning/afternoon tea offered was suberb.
