  We had a fantastic stay at the Residence. After a rough 12-day-trip through Botswana, we were delighted with the overwhelming luxurous feeling of this hotel.   The view from the restaurants was spectactular, the menu good not excellent, the morning/afternoon tea offered was suberb. The room was ( junior suite ) very good especially with the plunge pool just outside the door. The staff withina day knew our names. - Excellent friendly kind staff.
