beaches and rolling waves from my room. The hosts Debbie and Gerald went

Everything was above expectations. The hosts were absolutely gracious and helpful. The room was amazing. The location was convenient. Really, we could not have been happier. (The hosts voluntarily upgraded our room to their best room since it was vacant, but they showed us the room we would have had and it was also lovely. Just a great place.) -

And Nora and her beautiful breakfasts were a delight. Unfortunately it rained while we were there but being able to stay at Waterside helped greatly.

Just spent one night in Mootide (Moondance room) and all my expectations were exceeded. This is a great place where you have a calm lagoon on one side, and a beautiful beach a stones throw away. The owner and staff are all very helpful too and gave us some great advice for our trip down the garden route. If you're looking for a great place to stay

The staff were extremely efficient and friendly especially the Manager - Tim. There was a lovely choice of cooked and buffet breakfasts which could be eaten either in the dining room or out on the deck which overlooked the Touw River. The room we had was quite large and had a well designed bathroom and separate walk in wardrobe. I would recommend this Guest Lodge to all!

Right on the beach with great rooms and ocean views, lots of places to relax indoors and out and good breakfasts. The hosts could not be more welcoming and helpful. Initially, I stayed for 2 nights and came back after staying just two nights (orginal planned 4 nights) in Plettenberg bay. A truly wonderful and relaxing stay at the Dolphine Dunes.
