  Marvellous place. Another one reason to come back to Knysna, just to stay there. It's more, than just a hotel. The place not just to get the bed and breakfast, but to enjoy every minute. - Every thing. Staff was very friendly and helpful, owner was more like a long time friend. Would love to go back, and stay longer.

  We really love everything about Augusta Bay Guest House - the location, the staff / services, comfort, cleanliness. Its modern and have free and stable wi-fi in the room, individual parking lot and really facing the head front. There's no elevator but the staff helped us to bring our luggages up, so it OK. I will definitely come back if I visit K... what people say » nysna again and recommend it to my friends. - A lovely clean, spacious, luxurious guest house, with very comfortable rooms. The bathroom and shower were exceptionally good for getting in and out of with mobility problems. Staff were most welcoming when we arrived and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfasts were excellent. The location at the Heads is absolutely superb with an excellent restaurant only yards away.

  The accommodation was excellent, spacious, and luxuriously furnished. We had complete privacy both inside and on the balcony, which had wonderful views of the lagoon. The owner and staff were helpful, efficient and pleasant. The breakfast was most enjoyable. - Excellent accommodation, great views. Cant wait to go back.

  Great place to stay with fantastic views of the lagoon and area. The owners are great and full of knowledge of the area and suggestions for things to do. If you want a quiet place to relax above the town then this place is perfect. Also, if you want to play golf they can help you out with some great deals as well.

The service is great - Our water was not very hot the first night (probably something i was not doing correctly) and they fixed it while we were out having breakfast.   We had a wonderful stay at Tonquani. Staff were friendly and welcoming, we were upgraded to a luxury cabin which had everything we could ask for. We marvelled at the wild guinea pigs!   Everything. Being in the travel industry, I have been to many guest houses, and this one by far is my favourite. Very clean, very comfy, but mostly, very friendly.   I have never been so impressed with the staff, than I have with those at this hotel. They could not do enough to ensure that you had a great stay. One of our highlights of our trip to SA. A credit to the hotel. Great location, so near the main lagoon, great design in rooms and great value.   We were delighted with our room at Knysna Country House, and agreed that it was our favourite Guest House during our two week trip to SA. The room we has was superb (though air con would have been even better!), and the owners had thought of everything. I could not recommend this more strongly if you are staying in Knysna (providing you have a car... what people say » , as the main town centre is a little way off). - Breakfast was very good, it would be nice though for you to be able to choose how you want your eggs done, two days in a row of scrambled eggs. Lovely Pool and the family room we had was fantastic worked very well for all of us. Also they where fantastic in giving our daughter and her husband the honeymoon suite. Which was wonderful.
