Our stay was fantastic. The staff were the most helpful we have encountered. They couldn't do enough for us. The room was perfect and clean. We were on a tight schedule and they organized a private driver for the day. He was there in 15 minutes (with no notice) and was equally as good. The Qubus hotel is a fantastic hotel in every way imaginable. Right from the friendly staff through to the tastefully decorated modern rooms, it was a great experience. The resteraunt served good food for a fair price and the buffet breakfast is the best I have ever seen. I certainly would make a trip back to Krakow just to stay there again. - E

Staff are excellent and all speak English. We organised airport transfers and a transfer to Auschwitz with "Krakow Shuttles" over the web, and it was a piece of cake; very reliable.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, when we arrive we asked to change rooms as we preferred to be at the front of the hotel overlooking the river. The staff were very accommodating and had no problem with us changing. The breakfast is excellent for a variety of tastes. Spa and swimming pool perfect after a long day. -

The location was excellent as it was quiet and only a couple of minutes walk from all amenities. The staff were very friendly and the restaurant attached to the hotel served some very delicious food which was reasonably priced. - EWveryone was very friendly. Excellent facilities and hotel.

great location, right next to the main square. I can't say anything about the B&B, since we got an apartment in the same street, which made this a great value.
So the apartment was equipped with full kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room with couch and spare bed and laundry facilities. We were very pleased.
Helpful staff and generous with late checkout.
