The location was excellent as it was quiet and only a couple of minutes walk from all amenities. The staff were very friendly and the restaurant attached to the hotel served some very delicious food which was reasonably priced. EWveryone was very friendly. Excellent facilities and hotel.very clean room and a curtious and effecient staff. Near the city centre and had that old world charm.

It is also well situated for visits to the Castle or main square.The hotel is situated very near to the mainsquare. My wife and I stayed for Valentines weekend and the hotel had a lovely ambiance. it is in the old city and therefore only a short distance from places to see and visit. conveniently situated. easy walking distance to sights and train station. Me and my husband get quite disappointed when we get a twin room instead of a double one as we always request.There was no air con in our room. no aircon in room, no kettle. no bar , no air conditioning in my room which was a loft style and very hot. The breakfast was quite good but I found the dining room rather dark and depressing.

Hotel information details

The building was erected in the sixteenth century. In 1995 it became a private property and since then has been offering the services of a hotel with suites, single, double, triple and quadruple rooms which are comfortable, cosy and fully furnished with up-to-date facilities (some with air-conditioning). The hotel is arranged in an art nouveau style and can accommodate 100 guests at a time. Our hotel also recommends its restaurant serving traditional European cuisine, and it has a cosy bar.

Important information to guests

The hotel is situated in a restricted-traffic zone, so parking is only allowed in front of the hotel for up to 30 minutes at a time. There is a car park 5 minutes' walking distance of the hotel.

Information about the area

Within a few minutes walk you can get to Main Market Place, the Wawel Royal Castle or Kazimierz, the former Jewish district. You also will have countless opportunities to enjoy the cafés, pubs and restaurants situated in the immediate vicinity of our hotel.
