Staff were simply EXCELLENT in EVERY aspect. Spoke superb English - better than many native speakers The location was EXCELLENT - only 25 feet from Old Town Square The cavern like underground restaurant had enormous ambiance and charm, great menu selection and reasonable prices. The rooms were small, warm (we were there in mid December) but very clean The internet was VERY strong and thus useful for looking up info on our travels in Cracow. We will book again at this B & B.

So the apartment was equipped with full kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room with couch and spare bed and laundry facilities. We were very pleased. Helpful staff and generous with late checkout. Book the hotel made a day without prepayment. Upon arrival no problem with the settlement have arisen. Cute, cozy hotel in the heart of the old city. Wonderful breakfast (surcharge) Buffet. Lovely interior.it is possible to use the kitchen and utensils. It is convenient if you traveling with baby. location- just round the corner from the main square shops , cafe's and resturants,easy walking distance to castle and jewish quarters(shops and cafe's), the staff went out of their way to be helpful, in house bistro has already been recommended to friends visiting Krakow. Perhaps offer a service for a fee to carry up luggage?. the mattress wasn't great, but that's about it. one disadvantage - there is no elevator, and all the apartments on the 4th floor. on the top floor, apt nice but a lot of noise from nearby club, the 90 steps to the room(no lift) would be a problem with health issues. An awful lot of stairs, so no use for anybody not fit to climb 5 flights of stairs.double bed but only a single duvet so invariably someone woke up cold in the night.shared kitchen. On my booking form it said breakfast were 25ZL and we ate out. On departure we were told the breakfast were included in the price. Very dissappointed. 70 odd stairs up 3 floors however its staggered and that did sober us up so its a plus too ??? it sounds worse than it is and i am 45 and my girlfriend is 50 and we had no problems. The steps up to the third floor were a challenge at times - especially with luggage. Staaairs everywhere!!! To arrive to the reception, there are stairs downstairs... To arrive to the flat, it's 2/3 floors upstairs without lift. Once inside the flat, it's also 2 levels so there are stairs inside!! It's a bit expensive for average polish standards. We booked a studio with a double room and a twin room, a lounge area, kitchen and bathroom etc. What we received when we got there was a one bedroomed apartment, with a single bed in the lounge area and our fourth passenger had to sleep on the sofa. Obviously not ideal. It was fine for me, but travelers should be aware that all rooms are on the 4th floor and the building has no elevator, so lots of stairs! Also, my room only had one small sky-light. bathroom - too small, shower, floor never look clean, 20 years old TV. nothing at all. In the room there wasn't any window. the 77 stairs up to the rooms was a bit heavy going, NOT for anybody infirm or elderly. The breakfast. rooms are on 5th floor and there is no elevator. One of the bedrooms without window; very warm in the night and no air!! Stairs; rooms are in the 3d-4th floor with MANY stairs. High Floors, with no elevator. No views from windows. no parking place near hotel. Need a bit of redecorating. Stairs to 3rd floor no lift. No air conditioning. No window in 1 bedroom. 2 flights of stairs to reach the appartment. Plastic matress cover which I removed due to the heat. Breakfast a little walk away, and had to be paid for in a place called B & B. Clean rooms wants to be better. Poor soundproofing. no lift had to walk up 3 flights of stairs no fun with baggage. Parking several blocks away. Uncomfortable bed and pillow. No elevator. Restaurant meals were expensive. No lift and a number of flights of stairs maybe daunting for some with luggage. Finding parking for your car can be challenging. Towels were like sandpaper, rough and scratchy. Using softener highly recommended. Room was dirty and cramped and bore no resemblance to the pictures shown on the website. The amount of stairs and no lift. We booked a 2 bed apartment and after climbing about 6 flights there were more steps into the rafters. Having complained we couldn't cope with this we were moved to a second building with poor facilities., sheets that didn't cover the bed, a room with no window. Close to tears I frantically ran to find some place else to stay and did not end up staying here. Room full of cigarets smell.
