This was a very nice condo hotel located on a ski mountain in the middle of the Fjord region of Norway. Everything about this property is on the high end of Norweign standards and at a reasonable price. Across Europe we seeked out ski resorts to stay at during the off season knowing the accommodations would be first rate and a good value. -

We had an apartment on the second floor of a four unit building. The small outside deck faced the fjord, which was nice. Free parking. The facility has a restaurant, with very average food and high prices (high prices are typical in Norway). very friendly and thoughtful owner. we were nicely surprised when he upgrated us (without being asked) to a private apt from a motel room due to the fact the motel where we booked a room was crowdy and full of quite loud large group teenagers. He also exchanged our currency, gave us grat info/suggestions. The place is very clean and neat, with amazing location. Thank you

The view from our deck was amazing, probably better than the view from the hotels that are nearer to the reail station and port. The room was pretty big, and had all the facilities needed to cook and eat. For those who do not cook, there is a bar/restaurant on the basement that offers basic meals at fair prices.

Beautiful main lodge with a lovely restaurant and wrap-around porch. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. We stayed in one of the small cabins with no bathroom and it was clean and warm with a kitchenette and sink. The setting was beautiful with the surrounding mountains. The price was excellent. -

I liked the whole cabin. it was very well equipped, from the sauna to dish-washer. I also liked the privacy, it was as if we owned the whole area with the beautiful mountain and lake backdrop. Lastly, this was the first cabin, cottage that allowed me to row a boat! Wifi was also working fine.

The position, just on the small port of Kalvag with a beautiful view on the sea. The rooms were both spacious, bright and clean. Breakfast, served in the restaraunt (wich is quite elegant inside), was good and abundant. We had even diner at the restaurant: not cheap but the food was good; tasty even the beer locally brewed.
