This was a very nice condo hotel located on a ski mountain in the middle of the Fjord region of Norway. Everything about this property is on the high end of Norweign standards and at a reasonable price. Across Europe we seeked out ski resorts to stay at during the off season knowing the accommodations would be first rate and a good value. We have paid 590 Nokas special offer for the room of Apartment for 3-4 family facility. There was comfortable room. staff very friendly, i was left my Jean belt behind, and when I re-booking the same apartment, staff was found it for me.
all reviews » I think the room price is very reasonable, or cheap. The owner was so nice and kind. The area where this hotel is located is so beautiful and green. It must be breath-taking in the winter season as well. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The apartments were very clean and well maintained. Only drawback was ,it was a little way away from the town and as we went out of skiing season you had to book dinner and breakfast the night before. Nothing. In the summer, outside smell of manure could be a problem for sensitive people. N/A. Nothing. we had 3 rooms, each supposedly for 4 people. One room was just the bed and sofa bed, you couldn't even walk passed to get to the window. the otehr two were still very small, however more manageable. Had to hire bed linen and towels!!. On letsbookhotel.com, it says for the bed preferences for the 4-person apartment: 2 singles, 1 double, 1 sofa bed. In reality it is 2 singles and 1 sofa bed. no shops nearby. we booked an apartment for 4 people and it was a bit small with too many furnitures. Bed linings have to be rented seperately. - it was unclear to us that duvet over are to be paid on top - same for the cleaning (we must do it yourself or pay on top for the service) - no restaurant. the boiler is too small, so only one person can take a shower and then you have to wait, the stars up to the childrens beds are verry steep so not for smaller children!!. We were a family of 4 and they booked an apartment saying that was for 5 persons BUT it was too small for even 4 people! We were very upset. It seems to be a hosteling for us. Poor Internet reception. We have been totally disconnected from internet zone. Dirty and narrow space, double matress on a single bed. Too many additional hiden fees: booked in 540nok and actrual bill payment is 1340nok, it's rediculous.
