I like it because they are always very friendly - which is always a plus to me - the location is great, it is clean and has everything I need for a good price. Reception friendly & helpful. We got there at 9.30am as we were going to a cricket match, and were able to check in & leave our car there for the day. I just loved this place, it was nice, clean and very cosy which was beyond what I was expecting, I would definitely love to stay there anytime in the future.

Fairly close to the bars and restaurants in Wellington. The room was clean and tidy. Its position and parking. All good so nothing to report on the negative side. nothing. The only thin: hopelessly inefficient internet. Their own handbook in-room says 50MB free per day. That's inadequate! What you actually get is now 20MB per day. It was also far too limited in band width even when purchasing extra from the 3rd party provider. Lack of internet was frequently encountered throughout NZ (although not everywhere) but this was the worst example. Road noise. The room was dark. No kitchen sink. Wi fi was free but we couldn't get it as too far away from source? Ppl partying above us till 1am. Can hear people walking upstairs. Traffic around the basin is very busy 24/7, minimal noise but able to see every car's headlights through the curtains when lights turned off. However this did not disrupt sleep. No extractor fan in bathroom. Nothing. Difficulty in filling the hot water jug as it would not fit under the tap. a bit noisy but no big deal. Fire engines and police sirens. Bathroom very pokey. I would describe this as average at best accommodation for the price. We stayed here twice during our holiday. The first was a 1 bedroom apartment which was ok. The second was a small studio which was nothing more than a small hotel style room with a fridge and microwave. No space for 2 people to sit and eat. Only 1 comfortable chair. Not what I was expecting and not worth the cost compared to other places we stayed. Situated on a very bad corner...hard to drive in and out of parking lot. Not enough parking and lot was too small...hard to get turned around etc. No soundproofing in the walls...we were on bottom floor and could hear everything from the room above...talking, tv, walking across the floor etc. Noisy.
