  The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, with nothing being too much trouble. The unit we stayed in was extremely well presented with some really nice personal touches added. The kids absolutely loved our stay here and we were sad to leave. 3 single beds for the kids was a real bonus. The quiet and leafy outlook was also very appealing and re... what people say » laxing. Was also right across the road from Countdown (grocery shop) which was a big bonus. - Waiora Apartments was set in a lovely peaceful bush setting, lovely timber with lovely bed upstairs, clean and tidy. Downstairs was okay but only for sleeping really not a space you would want to have to stay in for a long time. I loved the calm and peaceful feeling of this place.

  Very spacious one bedroom apartment, great facilities and very clean. On Beachfront with an easy flat walk to Bay of Islands Boat tours and shops and the excellent 'Alfresco' Restaurant next door. Also great having undercover secure car parking facilities. Ben and Nikki are the on site Managers and can offer a lot of suggestions for things to... what people say » do in the area and can make the booking for the great 'Hole in the Rock' boat tour. - From checking in to leaving, this hotel if your looking for luxury on the beach is great, staff were very friendly & were happy to make tour bookings for us, our apartment was lovely, nice furnishings, lots of space and extremely clean. Walking distance to all amenities & great restaurants close by. And the beach across the road. We would definitely stay here again, apartments are great for families also.

  Comfortable room with plenty of facilities/space. Staff were friendly, helpful and gave us lots of information. Aloha is in a good situation for the bay of islands, Russell, Waitangi etc. You can get a tour to 90 mile beach from Paihia, although we drove and thoroughly enjoyed the trip. Good restaurants in town - about a ten minute walk. Overall ... what people say » a very enjoyable stay. - we stayed here for the night as a gift for our wedding nite and loved the flowers that were left in our room from the lovely gardens from the staff at the motel, a lovely touch, thank you. Wine & chocolates were left for the room by my parents which the staff put into our room before our arrival, big thanks for doing that. Great facilities and a relaxing stay

  Clean and tidy and they had anticipated our needs by providing extra items such as tissues, cotton wool, shower gel, milk tea and coffee, and hair dryer. The spa and bbq was a lovely touch too and it is these things that help create a relaxing break!   Friendly greeting on arrival and a pleasant airy room. The unit is close to the beach and only 10 minutes walk from the main part of town and some nice restaurants.   I really enjoyed my stay at his place, and the location was an added bonus. I really look forward to booking with them in future and hopefully there will be availablilities the next time I want to book in.
