The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Complimentary bottles of water in the room were much appreciated. Free tea and coffee anytime we liked in the downstairs area was a welcome surprise and made us feel very much at home. The lovely girl at reception even made our 12 year old a hot chocolate. Excellent location, right in the heart of the city...we walked everywhere!
This hotel is very different to any other hotel I have stayed in. It's so funky and artistic. It's like a maze inside but we found this fun navigating back to our room after an enjoyable night out in Amsterdam.
Even better after a long day was getting into the Queen size bed which was very comfortable.
