It is the cutest little hotel! Very colorful, clearly newly refurbished, very clean and tidy. And the people there were very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended. Location, comfortable queen bed, new bathroom.nice cosy attic room. We stayed in a rooom for 4 adults. It was furnished with modern fittings and had large Rembrandt prints on the walls and overlooked the Herengracht canal. We loved the room and location.It's proximity to the places I wanted to visit and to good places to eat, access to WiFi, the decor of the room and the hotel overall,. Elevator only went to 4th floor but this was minor.Only one thing, the lift did not go right to the top and we had to access our room via very narrow winding stairs that were difficult to negotiate with luggage - single parent with a young child and having to carry two sets of luggage so it was an issue for me but nothing that I felt it necessary to complain about - everything else was fine. Just a suggestion: although minibar for a 3-star hotel is not an option, I think that a couple of bottles of mineral water in all the rooms will be appreciated by all the guests and could bring some additional money to the owners.no tea and coffee facilites in room. bathroom needs hooks, and no fridge in room. Rooms were quite small. It was generally clean, but there was a wet rag in the closet. The room was small, but I expected this for a room in downtown Amsterdam. There was some loud groups in the hotel (which didn't bother us) but may not be the best fit if travelling with children. Only criticism was that the carpets needed a good clean. The price and size of the room. Many mosquitoes in my room. The beds mattresses are bad and the cleaning not so good but acceptable.Service provided by the staff of the hotel still got margin for improvement. Small and poor equipped room.
