  The staff were probably the most helpful I have come across in 30 years of travelling the world. They even tracked us down by phone to tell us that a museum we thought closed at 9 was to close at 7. The decor of the hotel is great and although like all canal side town houses the rooms are small, they were well laid out and of a high quality. Our room was pretty small, but to be expected from a city centre hotel, especially in Amsterdam, however it was immaculately presented, beautifully decorated, and the bed was so comfortable we nearly didn't make it up in the morning. The staff were wonderful, and we will be going back.

  Very convenient location in the heart of old Jordaan district with the lovely canal view, yet still in quiet street. Plenty of bars and restaurants around and a decent coffeeshop just round the corner. The suite itself is spacious and very elegant. Interior is luxurious, yet made with a sense for details. This was one of the nicest places I´ve stayed in an - The room was gorgeous. Very nice simple yet elegant style. The bathroom is beautiful and the beds very comfy. The location is good as it is easy to get anywhere from the apartment. Lovely view from the balcony. We went at a cold time and the heating was timed just right for when we woke up or went to bed. Amazing apartment worth the money. Definatly recommendable.

  The staff was wonderful. Our refridgerator had a problem but they came within minutes to correct. We blew a fuse at 5 in the morning and again there in minutes to fix. Access to the hotel facilities was great too. But the staff is fantastic. There to help you and so friendly. Loved it. - Location and luxury
