  So many nice extra touches, eg. range of toiletries in bathroom including hairbrush and a pillow menu. Big flat screen tv in the room. Lots of channels on tv, eg. BBC, Sky News. Very comfortable hotel and while in a busy location, I could not hear a sound outside. I would definitely go back there. Everywhere was so close.   The staff was wonderful. Our refridgerator had a problem but they came within minutes to correct. We blew a fuse at 5 in the morning and again there in minutes to fix. Access to the hotel facilities was great too. But the staff is fantastic. There to help you and so friendly. Loved it. - Location and luxury

  The fact that it is so close to the main train station and near the most exiting area of Amsterdam, as well as the fact that my staying in the hotel provided me much comfort. - chilling at the bar. Going for a swim. That there was secure parking. The staff were excellent in helping us when our passports were stolen, when we were out site seeing.

  I loved how friendly and accommodating the staff were. The rooms were big and clean, and the location of the hotel just can't be beaten. The hotel is in a really quiet area, but is still close enough to the centre of Amsterdam, the tram stop is about five mins away or to walk would probably take avout an hour, but its only about fifteen minutes walk from the Vondlepark. As there was room available, we could keep my car at the hotel's parking lot even after we had checked out, at no additional cost. Overall, an excellent hotel for the price.
