The staff are excellent nothing is too much trouble for them,and the lovely big beds with wonderfull pillows. The hotel is in a really quiet area, but is still close enough to the centre of Amsterdam, the tram stop is about five mins away or to walk would probably take avout an hour, but its only about fifteen minutes walk from the Vondlepark. Altogether an excellent choice of hotel. The hotel is very well located, within a 10-minute walk from the Van Gogh Museum and the Rijksmuseum. As there was room available, we could keep my car at the hotel's parking lot even after we had checked out, at no additional cost. Overall, an excellent hotel for the price.

Need shower curtain in order not to make the bathroom wet.Breakfast very expensive, 22 Euros. It was 20 mns away by foot from the center of the town. I wished it were closer.Very very expensive mini bar!. Minor Internet connection problems.

In a quiet backwater of Amsterdam, situated just off the elegant Apollolaan, lies a small hotel with a great personality: the five-star Bilderberg Garden Hotel. Within walking distance you'll find the most fashionable of Amsterdam's shopping streets, some of the greatest museums (Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh museum) and the world-famous Concertgebouw. And if you come for business, it's only a few minutes by car to the RAI and the WTC.

Important information to guests

From 25 July up to and including the 5th of August the restaurant is closed for lunch and dinner. From 25 July up to and including the 15th of August the restaurant is closed for lunch. Please note that the fitness facilities are situated on the other side of the street, 50 metres away. The surcharge for these facilities is EUR 17 per day. A credit card guarantee is required upon arrival for incidentals. In case you do not have a credit card a refundable deposit of 50 EUR cash per night is required upon arrival for incidentals. The Kersentuin restaurant is open for lunch from Monday to Friday. Dinner is served from Monday to Saturday. Lunch: 12:00 – 14:00 hours Monday – Friday (closed on Saturday and Sunday and some public holidays) Diner: 18:00 – 22:00 hours Monday – Saturday (closed on Sunday and some public holidays) Please note that if guests want to book breakfast after booking their reservation, breakfast will cost EUR 23.50 per person per day.
