Five star service in a clean, warm comfortable hotel. All the staff where great and I have never had a room in any hotel of any level where the maid folded clothes, put them away, put the cap back on my razor etc. The facilities provided were excellent. The hotel was close to the Venue RAI Conference centre. The staff were friendly and helpful.Everything. There were no complaints whatsoever, rooms were clean,comfortable and services were excellent.

They let us check in at 6am when we arrived from airport. it is nice silent and in a nice neighborhood. Clean, nice room. Close to Rijksmuseum. The staff were very friendly and helpful, providing maps and directionsof the city and how to reach the rai conference centre. Breakfasts weresubstantial and served from 7.30 A.M. until 10 A.M. so catering for bothguests with an early start and those who were on holiday. We even hadstollen on Easter Sunday! The hotel was only 10 minutes pleasant walk toboth the rai Centre and major museums.Helpfulness of the staff. location was great, nice area with good facilities. Rooms were well presented.located in very quiet place. Location. The quiet location but yet still easily accessible to the city centre and museums. Quiet location, convenient offer (but only because it was a special price). Room was spaceous and well laid out. We did not stay at this Hotel as was over booked when we arrived even though we had a confiormation from you.Most of the senior staff were rude and unhelpful. The bar area only had one sofa the rest where tables and chairs. After 3 days of trade show standing up more comfortable seats would be good.My room was close to a street light that shone through my windowall night. there was no refrigiator in the room. I would have liked drink-making facilities in my room so I could makehot drinks late at night. The staff made me teapots with hot water but Iwould have preferred not to have bother them. Lack of tea and coffee facilities in the rooms. Breakfast choice was poor for a 4* hotel. Difference betwen star raitings 3 instead of 4. Some staff quite cold and distant and not very helpful. Parking is public (on the street) and accepts only coins or Dutch ATM cards. Breakfast selection and hotel furnishings not quite on par to a 4-star experience. No bar on premises. No tea or coffee facilties in your room, but downstairs. I was here to take part in the amsterdam marathon and after a long day I found it an inconvience to have to go downstairs for tea or coffee.. Also the choice at breakfast was a very poor standard compared to the high standards the hotel tried to prortary. We booked the Hotel and had confirmation but when we arrived it was over booked and had to find somewhere else!.
