It was good value as I got a cheap internet rate. Just opposite the hotel is the Amsterdamme Bos which is nice if you want to strecth your legs. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Complimentary bottles of water in the room were much appreciated. Free tea and coffee anytime we liked in the downstairs area was a welcome surprise and made us feel very much at home. The lovely girl at reception even made our 12 year old a hot chocolate. There was a kitchenette with a two-burner stove, a microwave and a refrigerator. The room was comfortable and clean and it was quiet. There was ample room in the lounge area for hanging out and meeting people and the restaurant appeared to be well attended and a place to socialise. It was also just next to the subway and tram stops which was nice when arriving late at night.

We stayed only one night before an onward journey. It was incredibly easy to find and right next door to the train Station which is only one stop from the city centre. It was very clean and we stayed in a room with two bunk beds and two twin beds which was very well thought out with the furniture and lighting and excellent for our 3 children. We had a great night's sleep, there was no noise whatsoever. The breakfast cost around 5 euro and was an eat all you can buffet style which was brilliant
