  It's probably the first time when letsbookhotel.com hotel rating doesn't correspond with our personal impression of the hotel and our stay there. letsbookhotel.com guests give it 6.4, I'd give it 8.5. Had a great, spacious, clean villa right at the beach literally 30 meters away from the sea, so we were falling asleep with the sound of waves hitti... what people say » ng the shore every night. The hotel staff was super nice and friendly and helpful. I also really enjoyed the food. Every night they brought fresh-fres - I LOVED being there! The staff is really friendly and though there are some limitations, the whole holiday was perfect! We made a scuba diving course as well. The transportation to the resort (from airport) was arranged well. The rooms were nice and relatively clean. The location is perfect - there is a small rock-fall (water-fall) in the vicinity and the beach is perfect for snorkelling and diving. Our diving course was great and very great value for money.

  They upgraded me to Executive Room. How nice :-) And the room was as requested, higher floor and twin beds, in fact it was 2 x double beds. The room is big, the bathroom is big, the shower is big. The breakfast even though not lavish, but suit my taste with many choices of local food. Great treatment ;-) TQ - Staff friendly and very helpful.

  It was almost perfect. When my family of 13 members check in, this young gentleman name Mr. Bacchu greeted us with warm welcome plus getting my two units ready on time side by side. Car park was reserved. No worries as keys and locks are given to prevents irresponsible drivers to park at ur designated parking spot. Both unit was very clean and new... what people say » . Each unit can probably fills up 9 pax. Each room comes with a single and queen size bed. Location is great. Just outside the night market. Traffic w - I like the view from the apartment , spacious and clean apartment as well as a very good location to eateries and night market.

  We came during a busy festive season, but the reception staff were really cool, even though the front desk was like a zoo. I always find that remarkable. Place is pretty descent for a quick coastal getaway.   After walking into the hotel we could see a huge crowd waiting to check-in. Housing more than 6000 rooms, it was a huge complex. We were lucky that there were separate check-in counters for World club rooms. We were a family of 4 people, hence requested for either inter connected rooms or side by side rooms. We were given our rooms on the 24th floor from where we could see clouds outsid - stayed at the world club room, loved it that the room is really spacious. i had 2 queen beds that i joined together, it was excellent for my family coz we have 2 babies. usually only mineral water is provided foc, but we hv coke and 7up given foc in the fridge too. don't know if this applies to all room types. i also love it that shopping and restaurants is so convenient. i feel that the hotel room is pleasing. cannot expect condition and cleanliness to be top notch since the hotel is too big

  This is a fantastic hotel, incredible experience when we lived in the hotel, very comfortable and convenient, very friendly stuff, especially the boys in reception really helpful. Free shuttle bus. Room was awesome with the most spectacular views of the ocean, and had one of the most comfortable beds in Asia.   family friendly especially when I'm with my 3 little kids, age 8, 6 & 5, they love swimming , fun fair at night and the games arcade with karaoke box..it was really family fun outing! We booked 2 apartment and situated next to each other which is great for the kids and adults to mingle around without having to run up and down.
