It was almost perfect. When my family of 13 members check in, this young gentleman name Mr. Bacchu greeted us with warm welcome plus getting my two units ready on time side by side. Car park was reserved. No worries as keys and locks are given to prevents irresponsible drivers to park at ur designated parking spot. Both unit was very clean and new. Each unit can probably fills up 9 pax. Each room comes with a single and queen size bed. Location is great. Just outside the night market. Traffic w. all reviews »
I like the view from the apartment , spacious and clean apartment as

Curtain was bit smelly. Should change periodically.
Should change the wooden sofa to fabric sofa as cold weather makes it more cold to sit on the wood.
Do not have facilities of what the hotel do like concierge service ,
morning call , breakfast / restaurant etc.
Apartment situated on high ground, and this causes difficulties for
additional parking. Not suitable for physically disabled people because
of the need to climb when you want go back to the apartment.
Parking!!ours taken on the next day because the staff told others to
park there,miscommunications coz the staff is a bangla..
You need to climb a bit if you don't have any vehicle.
The steep gradient of the approach route to the apartment but it is manageable.

The parking space too limited only 1 space. The water heater is not hot enought. The kitchen utensil is not complete. TV channel very limited movie not much of choice. Toilet paper not enought if staying for family or in big group of people. The bed is old and spring is old.

Kitchen and utensils were not clean. No cups, only 2 glasses were available, so had to drink from bowls!!!!.
Walking uphill from attractions to apartmen.

The scenery was not as I expected - I wish I could have green and beautiful view from the balcony but the new vegetables farms are such a spoil.

Neigghboring rooms very noisy, lomited car parks, lift services limited.
The location is smack near the pasar malam, the cars build up as early
as 4.30pm and same thing with the day market, expect traffic jams.
Car park in the apartment is limited to only one, cars parked everywhere causing inconvenience.
The make shift 'reception' at the car park was difficult to locate.
Photos showing are best units, but there are a lot of units lack of proper equips and facilities. You can't choose unit to book and you may get very bad unit.

it is so high and dirty at the car park area and with older without car cannot stay here bcause it very high road to the town for shopping and eating

The aparment is very high up and steep.
Poor/no house keeping. Unswept floor, leftover pieces of noodles on
table, slimy bathroom, dirty linens and smelly pillows. Other than that,
everything else is ok.
Jalan bukit ke apartment terlalu tinggi menyukarkan kenderaan naik. Ada kenderaan yang langsung tidak boleh naik ke tempat parking. Parking yang disediakan terhad. Hanya 1 parking yang disediakan untuk 1 apartment bagi 10org yang ditempah.

We took sometime to find the unit. The unit numbering and lift level
were confusing. The key to the front grilled door lock was difficult to
remove after locking or unlocking. One shower holder was broken.
