The space of the room was fantastic and the small kitchen was impressive.
Self laundery in each floor cost 18RM only for 6kilo cloths.
Gym is ok and 2 room with Xbox 360 and wiil
Location is just right for shopping areas and restaurants.
Staff were very friendly and helpfull
I am an airline crew and spend more then half of my life in hotels
Fracer place really impressed me.
I think cause it was so practical for us with our child that every thing we needed was available

The hotel was full of Olde world charm and a lovely place to stay.The staff were polite gentle and very helpful.The room was beautiful and the bed was comfortable.The location was excellent near everything .We couldn't have asked for a better hotel and will definitely stay here again. -

The hotel is a 5 starts, staff friendly and always smiling.
The breakfast is amazing with a lot of variety I really love it specially the bakery section was really lovely

The hotel is in the heart of shopping area opposite there Pavillon and with 2- 5 mints walking there are 4 to 5 big shopping malls and nice restaurants

The location is really convenient. What i like the most is their free water dispenser(hot and cold) found near the stairway of each floor. There's no need for you to buy your own water from 7-eleven or any convenience store. I also love the wifi connection- it was so fast! It was a great stay. They gave us a clean and comfortable unit, granted our request for high floor. The kids enjoyed the pool. Everything was functioning well inside the unit. We cooked our own meals. They have complete kitchen-wares and utensils. It has also a strong wi-fi connections.
Personnel were very accommodating.

I like everything with this hotel. We arrived early morning and they allowed us to checked in as early as 10am. Everyday the house keeping offer their service to clean the room and refilled the soap, shampoo, toilet paper and drinking water. Towel changed daily. The family room are huge good for big family. very attentive and friendly. Breakfast buffet were delicious
combinations of malay and indian cuisine. The hotel area is surrounded
