I like everything about this house. At first, when i reached there and saw a small street, i thought i had made a wrong decision (by looking at the condition of the street). However, when i reached the exact house, i was relieved. It was a safe place even though i forgot to bring the steering lock. Easy to reach the heart of Mallaca. My advice, do not use the bridge. Instead, just walk along the river as it is actually a waterfront.

Is a little and quiet hostel, very clean, and super close to jonker street and some other atractions.
There are spare adaptors to plug your electronics. The internet is good and there is a computer with free access for those who aren't trvalling with their own.
Kuan is very very nice, he organized a night out for diner and even drove some guests to the beach (i was too tired to go :/). Then when I had to leave he drove me to the bus station! super nice! definitely would go back.
