  I am very glad that I had chose Philea resort for our staycation. The service staff are awesome and friendly. The greenery surrounding the villa is impressive, and the rustic looking pavillion we stayed in was very nice. I have enjoyed myself very much in this staycation. Thank you for the services provide by the hotel. I couldn't recall the name ... what people say » of some staff, but I would like to mention one receptionist, and one Muslim lady with a tudung. She arranged the buggy service and did a very good job - I love the room. Classy log house style. It also comes with hair-dryer and the bathroom has shower in bathtub and a separate shower cabin. I also love the pool side. Serene surounding and suitable for young children to play.

  Staffs at the reception and bell service were helpfull and customer oriented. Assist with road directions and service with smiles. Rooms are clean as housekeeping did a fantastic job except have to wait for 11/2 days to get an iron & board. Waterpark fantastic and the childrens love it..will come back again. - My kids Love the waterpark! Room... what people say » was clean & most of the items in room are new. Friendly & helpful staff. Saw the shuttle service to nearest shopping malls n city centre but didnt get to try it due to our short stay. Will try it next time.
