  Nice and Lovely Hotel. Very friendly staff, especially the door bell staff and front desk. Unique 5 star hotel during time we arrived, front desk staff will asked us for a sit, and walk to us after check-in done. Aft the check in, the front desk staff and door bell guys will lead and carrying our bag to our room with a pot of traditional Chinese ... what people say » Tea Pot. Greet us with very traditional Chinese way, poring tea and invited us to drink before leaving. Touching action. Hotel were design under Baba - It has parking that is easily accessed. The staff are attentive and efficient. It has a 'reading room' and tried to maintain the colonial peranakan charm. 3 kinds of little tidbits that are synonymous with locals. Easy access to key attraction spots; good eateries nearby.

  We had a really enjoyable stay at Ramada hotel. The room was comfortable and had amazing view over the river and town. We were really happy to get a great offer from letsbookhotel.com that includes one hour massage, the welcoming drink and the breakfast(the breakfast was the best ever, you could get all types of food and it was freshly made for us... what people say » ). Overall we were very happy with our stay. - When I arrived at the Hotel by taxi the driver tried the usual trick of the trade of claiming that he did not have change for 5 ringit. The staff at the hotel handling our luggage lent me 5 ringits to resolve the problem. When we asked for an extension of the check out time it was granted.

Really worth the money paid for compared to other similar rated hotels in Malacca.The faciliites in the room and around the hotel is up to mark.The breakfast was good speaking on Malaysian standards.
