We are a family of 6 from Australia. Family own run the hotel, feel very welcome, excellent location for food, entertainment, shopping and city sight seeing. A walk to every where. Value for money for the same star quality compared to surrounding hotel. Will definitely come back with friends and families

I went to E & O residence with my family on 8th august 2013. The place is very nice, clean and beautiful. There is everything that a family of 4 adults need. The rooms, toilets, living room and kitchen are well maintained. Kitchen comes with all utensils like knife, pans, spoons and etc. You can even cook a meal or bake a cake for your family to enjoy.
Security very good. Be it parking your car or the lift going up the condo
The breakfast is quite limited but the taste is good.

This is my second stay at this hotel and they really exceeded my expectations. Everything was amazing in this hotel, the Staff were so helpful, whoever you ask about anything they will make sure that you get the premium with less money especially when we were asking about the tours. The stay was fabulous. Why stay in a small hotel room, when you can have a 3 bedroom luxurious apartment! We loved the apartment. It's so open, Bright , furnished, awesome Internet free of charge, satellite tv, huge balcony, amazing kitchen, an the best part would probably be that it's connected to the Pavillion mall. So that's a huge bonus. -

The location was fantastic - Just above the pavilion shopping centre and close to lots of good restaurants etc.
Also the convenience of having a fully stocked kitchen and laundry facilities was very good for a family with young children.

The location. It is great because just across is The Pavillion, our
favourite shopping jaunt.The staff. They were very helpful and friendly.
They let us check in immediately upon arrival at noon even though the
check in time is after 3 pm and let us extend the check out time until 4

The hotel is a 5 starts, staff friendly and always smiling.
The breakfast is amazing with a lot of variety I really love it specially the bakery section was really lovely
Room is specious and clean
Kids club is nice but not for free 20 MR for the first hour then 15 MR per hour
The hotel is in the heart of shopping area opposite there Pavillon and with 2- 5 mints walking there are 4 to 5 big shopping malls and nice restaurants
