The staff was gracious enough to call me n inform me that my room rates
will be reduced because of charging error. They could have just made me
pay the inflated rate but they were so honest and nice to revert my rate
to the lower one. For that I am ever so grateful.. I will surely stay
there again when I m in kl.

The layout, decor and design of the hotel are very sleek, modern & contemporary. I loved it. The rooms are quite nice and the bed is comfy. -The hotel facilities are brand new and everything that you see have a purpose to be there.
-The breakfast has a lot of choices and the design is unusual.
-On the roof have a awesome pool with a really nice day/night bar.
-Everything is provided in the room, you dont need to bring you personal bathroom things.
-The room that we stay had a huge double bed, a 32" flat tv, huge bathroom, etc...

Loved how the staff weren't intrusive but were kind and efficient in their service. We had our airline tickets printed - as offered by the front office, free of charge. The cookware and utensils were sufficient, making it feel like home. Check in and check out was quick and fast.
