This is my second stay at this hotel and they really exceeded my expectations. Everything was amazing in this hotel, the Staff were so helpful, whoever you ask about anything they will make sure that you get the premium with less money especially when we were asking about the tours. i booked a honey moon suite and it was the best room which any one can get,it had inbuilt jacuzzi and very very neat room.
Staff were excellent.
Indian street was close by ,just 2 streets across,so there was no issue about indian food.
China town is walkable distance people looking for value for money shopping.
Burger king, mc donalds is very close by.

We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and the comforts offered. The breakfast buffet was more like a mid-day meal there was so much choice. There are principly three restaurants offering a large selection. The rooms are large with ensuite bath and shower facilities. There are always staff on hand to help or guide. The staff in Sheraton is just amazing, a front desk agent who remembers your name upon arrival (I visit the hotel last in July 2013) and they treat you as a human and you can feel it’s a sincere and honest way, rather than the “I have to do” attitude because "I am told to do".

I had an early check out and they pre-packed a breakfast pack for me to take to the airport.
