I like the first impression of the staff not the location. But doorman or Bellman,has to be outside sometimes, I understand it's hot out side But sometimes, I got lost with my Taxi driver when I came, even my friend when came to visit me. Smile is highly requested with the staff, maybe they feel theyre working in some givernmental department. I would say excellent about the cleanliness But my wardrobe was dusty. Upon escort any guest to room, room orientation is well needed there, as I kept ask.
all reviews » i booked a honey moon suite and it was the best room which any one can get,it had inbuilt jacuzzi and very very neat room. Staff were excellent. Indian street was close by ,just 2 streets across,so there was no issue about indian food. China town is walkable distance people looking for value for money shopping. Burger king, mc donalds is very close by. The location: walking distance to Petaling Street and the Central Market. The GoKL free shuttle bus has its station very near to the hotel that allow us to board the bus to other places in KL. The breakfast : many type of food and the restaurant view to the street is excellent, the restaurant has an open window connect to the kitchen. This hotel was great for a short business trip or any trip. It was value for money as it was cheap hotel but good facilities and cleanness. the hotel was look like the pictures and I highly recommend it. it is not a luxury hotel so we can`t except alot but it was fair enough. and since then if I go to KL most probably I`ll go for it. Staff is very good. We got a room where was too hot and bad conditioner and asked to change the room. Staff kindly changed our room to better room with good air condition. Location is good for shopping, it is near China town market. To the center you can get by free bus. Great location near to chinatown and public transportation easy to get to Bukit Bintang and around Kuala Lumpur city. They allow me early check in at no extra charge. free wifi with good connection. The hotel is still new and comfortable value for money stay. The stuff were excellent, every time I call reception I had instant response, very helpful Stuff,friendly,and the daily breakfast was great and healthy, very clean unit in general, and price wise is good enough to come back. We stayed in Bollywood floor. The decoration of bathroom is amazing. But the room is little bit small and the view from window is not good. Anyway, the stay is comfortable and convience to KLCC and sentral market. I stayed there for five nights and I liked the location.it was centrally located. The room was just like described in the internet and spacious.Modern Bathroom with hot water.They give u a large breakfast. I liked the location. It is only a few minutes walk to Masjid Jamek LRT station. Behind the hotel there is a GOKL free city bus service. There are eating places within walking distance. For this price hotel is very good. From Petronas and Menara 15 -20 minutes by walk. Near there is a bus station, due to you can reach an airport. Ticket costs 12 MR. Breakfast was good. Close to public transportation, staff was friendly and (most of the time ) helpful, the man at the tour desk was extremely genial and helpful. The room was comfortable. Service of Filipino staff was great... they are very helpful and attentive. nearness of area to city destinations are very good. perfect location close to the city center but not in a crowded place. May be its because we left there only for one night :D. The internet was very very bad and annoying , we had to call every day to get a new password, and internet speed was very slow, also TV channels were very limited (6 channels or so),No Microwave oven was available to heat our take away food so we threw it away, and when we booked they told us they will allocate for us a unit with view for PETRONAS twin towers, and confirmed it when we came to hotel and paid , but instead, it was a view for the twin church towers. There was a problem with the water supply one night and they repaired it within reasonable time.But these incidents don't happen every day.Bath room did not have a lock. A stayed in a family room (room 909 and also 113 for two different periods) with two other members of my family. But there is no door latch or lock at the bathroom door. This put us in a embrassing situation. I found quite insufficient light in room 909. On the otherhand the waste water in the bathroom of room 113 does not drain quickly and the overhead shower did not work. Complain was not answered. None the less who doesn't like walking, try to find hotel near to the centre, to the towers. There is not good roads for walking. Rooms are small. Windows are deadly closed,for someone it will be not good. Very limited selection in the restaurant, although the breakfasts were better than the other meals. Housekeeping staff was a bit hit and miss, and more light in the rooms would be nice. There was only pasta at the restaurant both nights. There was no tourist information about KL. There was no guide book in the room such as instructions to make a phone call, or how to use the wifi. Lighting could have been brighter. Too crowd with people checking and out for day. Some of unpleasant stuff's behavior but it is no matter. aircon in our first room was very poor. we sweat in our first night there. Wifi service always too slow and very low signal in the room. Expensive laundry service. Unfortunately as the hotel is new there are many "teething" problems with equipment etc not functioning well They are being fixed BUT!. no meal services. the wifi doesn' t work at all. the lighting in the room was dark and the plugs in obscure places. staff were helpful but they failed to get us a taxi while check out, which cause us to walk to Pudu central bus station!!!. Not directly in a touristy area. If you are backpacking I would suggest staying in the Chinatown area where there seems to be more going on. Be aware that KL centre is 1hr away from KL international airport, 1hr15 from the low cost airline terminal (LCCT) and 30mins from Subang. Taxis into the centre are very reasonable but back to the airport seem very expensive. Lack of parking space. Free wi-fi only for one device. Room is too small. the parking space at the basement is pretty unsafe even there's a staff waiting there. but she keep talking on the phone, not even answering our question (where's the exit to the hotel) properly, in other words, pretty ill-mannered. Dont take cheapest standard room. It is really small, like toilet in airplane. Room is so compact and TV signal is very poor. Small rooms and half open bathroom-toilets. Aircon did not efficiently work well in our first time stay. Space for family quite small for 3 adults .. Internet did not work for duration of stay. I was told to try a mall 10 minutes away as they "might" have an internet cafe. Was very disappointed in regards to this. No parking Lots Staff are not organized. Make up mirror too high Sink outside bathroom. very dark room- it without windows, dark wallpaper and very few lightnings. The parking part was not good. The hotel is very new n beautiful but the room and the toilet is very dirty I can see dust n hair at every corner,the housekeeping only change bedding. It's a pity. You need more safety and don't let she male to be in a big gruop in this hotel they are disgusting. Wooden floor.
