  I must say your housekeeping staff are the best by far in any hotel that I have stayed thus far. I am one person who looks up to Chambermaids of every hotel that I stayed. I would give them tips when I check out. I called them the 'unsung heroes ' because I was raised up by a mum who works as a chambermaid all her life. They reminded me of her whe... what people say » n I see them. Your Chambermaids were superb n they are second to none. I know my mum often complained that she never gets the recognition for her good - Beautiful modern hotel with a really comfortable giant bed. Lovely spacious room with huge windows and a view of Kuching and distant mountains. Friendly staff, very helpful and knowledgable concierge. Did airline check in for me and printed out boarding tickets.
