  Excellent location, quiet, very clean room and bathroom. We stayed in a double room (with ensuite bathroom) on the third floor and it was lovely - the room wasn't very big, but it was spacious enough for two people (+a table, a chair, a night stand, a place for clothes, a comfortable bed) and it had a window with enough natural light. The room was... what people say » very clean, quiet and sunny. The shower in the bathroom was good, no complaints. I can hardly believe this place has such a low evaluation here on le - Lavender Lodge stands out for the service of its staff members. They were very helpful and gave tips on sight seeing tours. The rooms are very basic but the good thing is that the fan can be left on which was a boon for us to dry our clothes inside the room (considering there is no balcony). Overall a great one for a basic backpacker. There is a huge cluster of seafood restaurants opposite which is a great plus to this Lodge.

  value for money, Great location, friendly staff - Location at first is hard to find due to the naming of the blocks, but once found, it is very accessible as Le Meridian is nearby while Philippines Market is just opposite. With RM 60 per night (sea view as well!) for 2 pax, it is much better than many backpackers place as it has attached bathroom... what people say » . Definitely value for money. Staffs were helpful and accommodating, but dont expect in depth introduction of the place.

  Very prompt responses and services rendered by Mdm Debbie and Mdm Gloria. Apartment and parking securities were excellent. Rooms are big, very clean, and tidy. Couldn't ask for more. Same building with the 1Borneo Hypermall, and a 10-15 mins drive to KK town, close to Alamesra for shops and restaurants etc. - Very convenient spot to stay.
