I like this hotel because it is located at strategic area, near to KKIA, Tg Aru beaches and also easy access to Kota Kinabalu city center. This hotel provide shuttle service to KK City center and KKIA. I also like the greenery viewing from my bedroom windows. -

Even though it is an apartment but they do daily housekeeping which I do not get when renting apartments in other places. This gives me a good feeling everyday when I come back from touring outside ... Clean room with clean towels.

Location was fine, close enough to walk to waterfront etc...room larger than expected, but it's getting quite old and worn out. We moved as soon as we found a better option for the price.

recently..There's nothing we dont like about this hotel, our stay
was worth it..I Wish we could stay a bit longer at Horizon..The view

I stayed in a double room with private bathroom. Both the room and the bathroom were clean and had windows (not so obvious in Malaysia). The staff were helpful and available all the time. -

When we called for maintenance to fix the stuck shower switch - help came within 10-20mins and fixed it in 2mins.
Housekeeping was thorough and respectful of our belongings.

You should stay here if you have a group like me. They allow me to add person without charge because I pay for 1 apartment with 3 rooms
They also provide kitchen facilities and fix all problems in the rooms
There is travel agent at reception so it's convenient to ask information and places to go but I propose to do all by yourself after having information if you want to save money
You should ask for a driver and ask him to take you to city centre and enjoy seafood, so delicious and vẻy cheap
