When we called for maintenance to fix the stuck shower switch - help came within 10-20mins and fixed it in 2mins. Housekeeping was thorough and respectful of our belongings. Private basement parking great I am not bothered that the bell boy was unable to attend to our check in and out but extra trolley that we cud use was good to have. They allow me to add person without charge because I pay for 1 apartment with 3 rooms They also provide kitchen facilities and fix all problems in the rooms There is travel agent at reception so it's convenient to ask information and places to go but I propose to do all by yourself after having information if you want to save money You should ask for a driver and ask him to take you to city centre and enjoy seafood, so delicious and vẻy cheap. The apartment (Presidential Suite) is very spacious! I can play 'hide & seek' with my children. I like the free shuttle (van) services & probably the frequency can be increased from 3 times to 5 times per day. So happy when the staff told me that they're upgraded my booking from standard suite to premier suite without any fees. Thank you so much for making our stay enjoyable!. We reserved a two room-apartment, which turned out to be huge for five of us. Easy for us to get a taxi or a shuttle to get to the city centre for meals. The room are spacious, very near to the city and there is one supermarket at the G level. The staff were friendly. Kitchen is Ok with adequate utensils. The apprt is clean and well maintained. Очень обидно!. The lift as I had to scan everytime to go up ..and also the wifi system which is not available at the rooms. As a muslim customer , we need a hose for water flows in the toilet. The apartment should supply basic kitchen utensils...at least a pair of fork and spoon since glasses were plenty in the kitchen. Also should have enough TOILET PAPER. the hallways and façade are a bit old and requires renovation. First apartment had electrical problems—they had to move me into another one. The other apartment was not really cleaned well. The building itself is not really wel maintained. A bit far to any place. Staircase to swimming pool - not properly lighted, not clean. the lobby and hallways. Hotel environment... the building looks old. Furniture and fittings are quite old. a bit far from downtown and shuttle bus operates from 11am to 630pm doesn't fit for guests to take dinner in downtown. Toilet flooding. Water not able to flow into the sink hole. There are water supplies interruption on one of the day during the period of us staying there. Its really inconvinient...they rectify the problem. But still making our life hard durinf the absent of water in that apartment. The only bad thing - no wifi in rooms. I think it will be solved soon. The cooking utensils (i.e., woks and pans) were not that new and already had some rust forming. It would be better if they could replace these. Apartment generally could be cleaner although bathrooms were pretty good. Toilet flush push button didn't work properly. Living room smelled of 'cincaluk' and fridge wasn't clean when we checked in. You need access card to go down lobby too which was super inconvenient. No iron grill for high raise safty. The pan looks too bad. The shulter van service is not punctual. Some guess park his car in front of the main entrace which create blocking during emergency. I would advise other future guests be more careful with their belongings. The reception should have given us the option if safety box was available to keep our valuables. As it was, we were not advised accordingly resulting in the loss of some of our valuables. I didn't like that they sometimes gives us delay for the room to check in and they give us the room that not yet fully furnish. The staff wasn't to good to help, food is not super good and their shuttle service runs way to little. The corridor to our room was poorly lit and spooky. The exterior was in need of a new paint and did not befit the image of a hotel. We arrived late and the "spookiness" was a bit scary for the children. Had to use card in order to use lift. No Gym nor Sauna facilities. Cleanliness and towel suppy. Cleanliness. - view was not good at all - lift to basement was not good, where we had to open the lift from inside only. - parking ambience was scary at night - breakfast selection was not good - tv channel was not good - aircondition was not cold until we had to complaint. Quite old building. location a bit far from kk town. without transport, limited places can be visit. The kitchen facilities are too poor. you will need a taxi to get to town. Request for kitchen utensil during my stay but did not give what i request for. The very poor service! Actually, there was none! Couldn't order food...chefs were always too busy, but still standing around!! Very very bad service!.
