  Very quiet, large warm room with large bathroom.Bathrobes and slippers.Good breakfast. WIthin walkind distance from everything - 15-30 minutes - Spanish steps to Vatican and Capitol Hill. Owner is extremly helpful and nice. Best hotel for the price. We will be back next year. - Bathrooms were very modern and well kept. Very nice people.

  I really didn't have high hopes for this hotel, but I was pleasantlysuprised, the room was very roomy very clean, good location, andexcellent value for money, I would definately stay there again - Excellent location. Easy access to bus stations. Big room and bathroom. Excellent staff. Clean.

Usually when I travel with groups or solo, the hotels are 4 stars but when I have chosen this hotel I was totally right that the hotel is clean and the breakfast buffet as 2 * hotel is worth €10 as in 4 * hotel. The hotel staff was really friendly, I even got a little piece of chocolate on my pillow :) the breakfast was really simple but great, not overdone but just some cereals, breadrolls, cornettos, and various kinds of spreads.

  Staff were very friendly and helpful. Superior rooms were large with nice bathrooms. We walked to lots of major attractions: Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Colloseum and Roman Forums were all 15 - 20 minutes easy walk away. My wife and daughters found plenty of shopping nearby, especially on and around Via Nazionale which is 40m f - Nice and cozy rooms with new modern furniture. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, they recommended very good restaurants in Rome and also helped us find some of the locations we wanted to visit. It's a small place, but very clean and with a good vibe, we felt safe and it was a pleasure to come back after a day walking. Breakfast was simple, don't expect more than for a typical 2 stars hotel, but we found it enough for all tastes. The rest of the hotel however was much above 2 stars.

Colosseo around the corner, we literally walked everywhere (even returned from Vatican by foot ). Breakfast was brought into the room on your selected time. We really enjoyed to stay there. If I go to Rome again I'll stay there again.

  The room is right next to the Station Termini. The surrounding area was safe. The room has air-condition (important in summers) and is completely sound proof for a restful night sleep. The bathroom (shower) was large enough that two people could fit, which from my experience seems uncommon for bathrooms in Italy.   The staff is nice and will make you feel welcome. The rooms are OK. It's a 5 minute walk from Termini train station and city centre is not far away. Breakfast is decent.
