location location. Location - walking distance from Forum Romanum. Location, location, location....within walking distance of important sites to visit in Rome. Excellent cappuchino at breakfast.Leaving. read above. When checking out, my first and second credit cards (MasterCard and VISA) did not work (or so they said). When I gave a third card (another MasterCard) it "worked" and I could pay with a credit card. Somewhat strange, though. Breakfast is simple but OK. More choice would be nice. all reviews »
The morning we were checking out, they insisted their computer line that handled VISA Card verifications/approvals was out of order. I finally had to give them Euros. Had the distinct feeling they wanted Euros rather than processing VISA charges even though their website says they accept VISA.The noise from the street and breakfast bar. The staff were deplorable, I would never ever stay at this hotel again. They were rude, unaccommodating and completely ruined our time in Rome.
