Nice Rooms, Very Convenient location (next to Termini). It was near the Trail Terminal. Location is close to train station and center. The only good thing of the hotel is that it is close to the railstation.The beds were good. Better breakfast. Room was too small. I expected better from a 4 star. I would consider this hotel a 2 star. all reviews »
The breakfast room was very poor and I would have liked a restaurant for dinner or at the least a bar to have a drink in.breakfast. In the first day I had change the room because it was a problem with thesink, there were to separate beds together, and I didn't had blankets inthe room.Not to mention that the first thing when I arrived I was askedto pay the whole stay in advance and I didn't had seen the room.Thebreakfast should last until 10.The shower was hanged with a rope.staff is rude, rooms are small and they smell bad,air conditioning doesn't work. The receptionist insisted I should pay all the money before I get thekey, and charged my credit card without my permission. I only knew itthe next morning. How could you do that? It is like stealing the moneyfrom the customer. Besides, I didn't get the blanket for the firstnight, and the guy just told me they don't have anyone left for me. Roomservice is poor. Strongly not recommend!. The hotel needs a lot of renovation and maintanance. Its not worth four stars! All the covers of electric plug-ins were missing, there were holes in the walls and lamps were hanging from electric wires, just to mention some of the faults.
