A superb hotel for a short city break. The staff were very helpful, I had to email before arrival and answered promptly. It's in such a fantastic location, a stone's throw from termini and with lots of nice bars, restuarants and pizzerias on the doorstep. We walked to most attractions easily, the colloseum & forum are about 20 - 30 minute walk away. The Vatican is a few metro stops away too. Breakfast is basic but just enough to set you up for your daily travels. We will definitely be recom.

Nearby on Manin Street found remarkable restaurant where usually had supper. I will note goodwill of the personnel! Thanks to them! Next time we will stop only in this hotel!. The hotel is very convenient to Termini - therfore easy to get anywhere. It was clean and staff friendly and accomodating. I asked for a "quiet room" and they did the best they could. They put me on the top floor away from the 4 floors full of teenagers. -Excellent position, close to all major attractions in Rome and to airbus shuttle. -Lots of cheap restaurants nearby -Nice and plenty Italian break-fast - Room cleaned up and towels changed every day -Very good price/quality balance. Good location ,5min walking from station... front desk manager was kind and guided us about the city tour charged additional 10Euro for the Air condition ...lots of food courts. Breakfast was a bit dull and wifi very slow. no kettle. I have to pay money to buy hot water from resturant nearby. The breakfast was disappointing. Variety for breakfast could be better. They charge 10 euro for ac room. They should add Air conditioning to all rooms and add 10 euro to the room total if need be. If you keep windows open, sound would kill you, unless you are dead tired and fall asleep right away. Only one to use Internet for free. The double bed was not very good. breakfast. There were few tv channels. We couldn't use wi if neither to our room, neither to the lobby or to the breakfast area. Maybe the signal not so good, I don't know. Noisy, room very small. Room are not so clean, bed matrices and pillows are not covered by nylon, breakfast is made of sweet items only with no cheese. The rooms were very old and the shower did not work properly. The drain was blocked & took forever for the water to go down. Also it was in a pretty loud area. staff showed little interest in answering questions, in some cases seemed as it was too much trouble. Breafast room could not cope with the number of guests and we had to eat elsewhere. advertised free wifi but it did not work. when I went to ask about it the staff told me it is working fine and it is a problem with my computer even though my computer could pick up the wifi of other hotels in the same building. I feel that they were not honest and should not advertise free wifi if they have no wifi at all. The room was not clean, toilet smelled bad. Very noisy, no conditioner. Wifi was not working at all. The bathroom was unconfortable with a tiny shower area. I could not turn around without hitting something. Also, some staff people seemed to be angry or stressed everytime. Rooms are suffocative. Very bad breakfast. Unfriendly stuffs in the reception. Not worth for money. Poorly maintained.
