The perfect combination of staff, comfort and location. Just two blocks from Termini station. I got sick and feverish one day and one of the ladies of the staff treated me as her brother taking care of me and it really made me feel better. I really appreciate the careness of the staff. Fantastic place. Close to termini, all the most important places to visit are very close. Brilliant service, breakfast in bed, towels changed every day, I'm in love with Rome and would certainly return to this hotel.
all reviews » Location is close to the train station and public transportation including airport shuttle. The price is low. The staff is warm-hearted and ready for help. It was very friendly, a really nice atmosphere for me and my little daughter. Every morning a wonderful breakfast in the bedroom.:-). The first night there the shower was completely down. Luckily that happened after I took my shower. Not so pretty for those who couldn't take their shower after a hot day in Rome. There were some issue's with the lift and the washrooms , but once the staff was informed about it they not only apologized but also made sure such issues are not faced again. toilet out of the room. when many people in the lobby it's too loud. monotonous sweet breakfast. wifi was a little weak in the room. Shower was a bit of a problem either very hot or very cold - all in the space of the same shower/. Once was a problem with water in the douche cabin. Noisy at night. Very uncomfortable place,bath room outside the room. the room smelt musty,the bedding was smelling and filthy and ripped. the towels smelt musty as well. the night reception guy was just plain rude. we could'nt get out of there quick enough. never again........you will find better value elsewhere, believe me. cost performance is very low. you can find a better place at the same price. The location of hotel is good but it is very difficult to find it if you according the route by google map.
