  My family of 4 with senior parents, spent 14 days in italy and stayed at 5 hotels, this one has the highest score regarding Benefit/Cost ratio. The staff are extremely friendly, and the owner decorated the place with a lot of thoughts and love. We love 2 nights at the top floor. It is a 2 bedroom apt. spacious and facilities has everything you wan... what people say » t. the beddings are very clean and soft. we will choose this lovely house again if visiting Orvieto next time - The receptionist is very nice and polite to us. The hotel enjoys a very good geographical location since it is in the city centre, which is around 5 minutes walk from the fabulous Duomo. Meanwhile, the room is quite cleam. We also cooked pasta in the booked room, the host gave us oil and you can have all the tableware that you need. I will also recommend this hotel to my friend who will come later to orvieto.

  We have travelled widely and found Petra Campana to be one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed in. We primarily came to Orvieto to look at Luca Signorelli's fresco cycle at the Duomo, and discovered not only this (which was amazing) but also the wonderful Petra Campana located in the mountains nearby.   Our stay at La Rocca was great. It was a perfect place to relax and take in the beautiful Tuscan scenery. Our guest house was spacious, comfortable and clean. We loved the patio.   We loved our stay at Lapone near Orvieto! We had 2 apartments, one for family of 3 with a young child, one for the grandparents. But when we discovered that we could get a wonderful 4-course meal for 30 Euros incl. wine, we opted for the lovely restaurant nearly every evening. It was modern, clean and everything worked well. We would definit - Beautiful large property tucked away in a stunning location surrounded by olive groves, vineyards, home grown vegetables and herbs - with panoramic views of rolling hills. The owners Catalina and Paulo, plus all their staff, were so friendly and created a really intimate and personal service. The property was such an oasis and had such a laid back, relaxed feel. The evening meals were really great, and gave us a experience of deliscious, homemade italian food. Really miss not still being there

  Orvieto is just an exceptional cultural town to visit, only 1,5 hours from Rome. B&B La Casa Di Tufo is situated along a very peaceful street just a few minutes way from the centre of Orvieto. Jasmin told that most visitors stay only one night - we stayed 3 nights, and we kindly recommend - La Casa Di Turfo is a clean, comfortable and friendly accommodation. The rooms are beautifully designed and the beds are so comfortable. The bathrooms and jet shower are so very welcome after a long day and there are plenty of clean large towels. Breakfast is typical continental, but very fresh and plentiful. I recommend Casa Di Turfo very highly and would return again if I ever get the chance to go back to beautiful Orvieto.
