Everything was decorated nicely, and the staff - The rooms were very clean, fresh with a beautiful ambience. The staff were extremely helpful and helped us to find restaurants for dinner. Hotel very well located right on the Duomo square. The streets have beautiful shops and wind around - it is about a 15 minute walk from the cable car/train to the hotel. The Cava Well sight was really great for all the family. Really lovely town.

  My family of 4 with senior parents, spent 14 days in italy and stayed at 5 hotels, this one has the highest score regarding Benefit/Cost ratio. The staff are extremely friendly, and the owner decorated the place with a lot of thoughts and love. We love 2 nights at the top floor. It is a 2 bedroom apt. spacious and facilities has everything you wan... what people say » t. the beddings are very clean and soft. we will choose this lovely house again if visiting Orvieto next time - The receptionist is very nice and polite to us. The hotel enjoys a very good geographical location since it is in the city centre, which is around 5 minutes walk from the fabulous Duomo. Meanwhile, the room is quite cleam. We also cooked pasta in the booked room, the host gave us oil and you can have all the tableware that you need. I will also recommend this hotel to my friend who will come later to orvieto.

  We enjoyed a one night stay at Hotel Posta. It was clean, comfortable, and was in a great location in the center of town. We arrived before noon and expected to leave luggage but the room was ready and we were welcomed. The grocery store was immediately across the street. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.   I loved Orvieto. It's quaint, quiet, and just beautiful. It's quintessential Italy. In the evening, after an afternoon shower, the cobbled streets glisten in the light of the street lamps like nowhere else I've ever been. The hotel was wonderful. The common room we had to share with others also had charm and was a good place to sit to use the internet. We appreciated the coffee machine - great to have good coffee in the morning.

It has convenient parking, and is close to the train that takes one up the hill to the historic center of Orvieto (from the hotel to the center it is about 15min, costing 1Euro).
